Dr. Nirman Tulsyan is a distinguished, board-certified vascular surgeon and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). Born in New York and raised in New Jersey, he graduated valedictorian in a combined B.S.–M.D. program at Stevens Institute of Technology before earning his medical degree from UMDNJ (now Rutgers New Jersey Medical School) in 1999.

He went on to complete surgical residency at Morristown Memorial Hospital in 2004, followed by a prestigious vascular surgery fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in 2007. Since 2007, Dr. Tulsyan has served as an attending vascular surgeon, gaining more than 15 years of expertise in both open and endovascular procedures.

Dr. Tulsyan is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery in Vascular Surgery and holds RPVI credentials in vascular interpretation, affirming his advanced diagnostic skill set. He is celebrated for his experience in complex aortic reconstructions, carotid artery disease treatment, lower extremity arterial and venous conditions, and dialysis access management for patients with end-stage renal disease.
